Events on SUNDAY 19th June (Fathers Day)

8 30-12pm Fathers day breakfast@ the Grapevine, High Street.
From 9am. Fathers day Breakfast. From 12pm Traditional roast dinner. The White Hart
10am - noon. A walk in Sherrardspark Woods with the Wardens. Donations £3 each. Meet at Rectory Road car park WGC.
10.00am – 4.00pm. Willow Watercolours. Art show, sale and free demos. The Scout HQ. Lockleys.
10.30am. A Welwyn Walk with Cliff Hassall. Meet in the Whitehill Car Park.
11am - 4pm Roman Day at the Roman Baths. Experience how the Romano-Britain’s lived - cooking, food and wine, visit the doctor, and a legionary and his camp. Tickets: £5/adults, £2/children. £10/ family ticket. Tickets in advance at museum. On the day – at the gate.
12 noon to 5pm. Exhibition by various Welwyn artists. Paintings, prints, sculpture, etchings, woodcuts and jewellery. Refreshments in aid of Danesbury Hospital. 44 Mill Lane, Welwyn
12 noon - 5pm. Open Gardens (venues listed separately).
Father’s Day Carvery at the White Horse, Mill Lane.
6 pm - Two plays "Conscience" and "Who are You" - a double bill of comedy and tragedy. (Unsuitable for children) Tickets £5 - from the Goat Pub in Codicote, or the Danesbury Charity Shop in Welwyn. Civic Centre Main Hall.
7pm Live music at the Wellington.
